POP-UP not showing

I added pop-up to appear on my site kapowschool.com/kidzone so parents can have their children participate in a live drawing session online during the covid-19 crisis. Parents messaged me on my social media beecause nothing was happening when the pressed the 'BE OUR GUEST LIVE' BUTTON for some reason I can see the pop-up in the builder but when I test the button in an incognito winder NOTHING HAPPENS!

  can you please confirm you have this problem with the latest Brizy versions - Free 1.0.122 and PRO 0.0.39? Also, please make sure you have set the pop-up on the button link: https://jmp.sh/SSQfqCD

  yes it is indeed 1.0.122 & pro version 0.0.39 & the pop-up on button link has always been active( see attached screenshots)...it's STILL NOT working.

  just watched the video AGAIN on pop-ups triggers & conditions.  Apparently this pop-up template that I customized doesn't have ANY PRESET TRIGGERS & CONDITIONS.  Is there a way to add triggers & conditions to a pop-up template that has none?

  Hi,

  TRIGGERS & CONDITIONS refer to the Global Pop-ups but on the button, you have a local pop-up that should appear on button click. 

  btw: I just checked your site and now the pop-up appears. Did you fix the problem?
