All sorts of issues trying to access Brizy Editor

I have really really been trying to work with the Brizy builder cause I do love what you guys have done and excited to see what comes in the future, but I am losing patience.  I know you are all trying your best to stay on top of things, but I can't use this on live websites if there is just bug after bug after bug.  

Honestly I am not even sure where to start with it but I'll do my best.

  1. When I click the quick "Edit with Brizy" link on the Pages list, it will only open the parent page.  Not any of the sub pages.  
  2. When I am inside the Brizy Editor and try and change the page template, it exits the brizy editor and just goes directly to the parent page on the front end of the website.
  3. I keep getting all sorts of 404 errors like this..... https://bocivus.com/%7B@brizy_SITE_URL_PLACEHOLDER@%7D/?brizy_post=10966&brizy=editor/icons/glyph/logo-fb-simple.txt
  4. Compatibly with themes recommended on your brizy.io (ex: Astra, Neve):  These are boasted as great themes to use with Brizy, but every update I worry that compatability will be lost.  Currently, things are not hooking right with the Astra theme (which I purchased a Lifetime license for).  I am working with their support, but not sure if it is them or Brizy that is causing the issue.  

There is several others I cannot think of at the moment but need assistance with.  I am not trying to down grade any of the work the Brizy team is doing and has done, but at the moment, there are just so many bugs it's hard for me to rely on Brizy as my main mode of development. 

I appreciate all your hard work and am only trying to give constructive criticism because I DO want to see Brizy succeed and really love where things are heading.  Just reliability is a big issue for me and I'm sure others.

    Thank you for your message and your feedback. Yes, you are right we try to do the best for all our user and for this reason we constantly release a new update with new features, improvements and fixes for Brizy builder.

    1 - I'm sorry about this problem. We could find it and our developer already fixed it. In the next days, we will release a new update and it will contain the fix for this problem.

    2 - Yes, for Brizy pages, you have the ability to change the page template. It can be Default, Brizy Template or others that are provided by the theme. The templates that you create in the Brizy -> Template aren't different by the Page template. When you create a Brizy template (from Brizy ->Template) you create something like a sketch of how you want to look a page, a post or a group of pages or posts.

    3 - Could you please give to us more details regarding how did you create this page? https://bocivus.com/%7B@brizy_SITE_URL_PLACEHOLDER@%7D/?brizy_post=10966&brizy=editor/icons/glyph/logo-fb-simple.txt I see that it has a strange URL link ad=nd for this reason I'm interested in it.

    4 - Yes, I agree that sometimes we had some incompatibility with the themes we recommend to use with Brizy, but who don't have problems? :) Each time we found a problem with these themes, we open a ticket for our developers and strived to fix it as soon as possible.

    For "1," I was having the same problem.. I was able to preview the page, then add /?brizy-edit to the address, and Brizy will open up correctly.

    Hi guys,

    The problem with Brizy editor of sub-pages is already fixed. Try to update the Brizy Free and Brizy Pro plugin.

    "our developer already fixed it" Oh dear. Here I was, thinking Brizy was being carried by a team of skilful devs. But no, it's only one. I hope he (or she) stays save. Defo won't be using this in any live environment ever again. Buggy as hell, totally bloatware and an utter frustration to work with. I'm going back to hand coding, so at least I know stuff works.

    Hi Pete,

    I'm sorry for my little mistake. Yes, Brizy is composed of a beautiful team in which many developers work, not just one. If you read my entire message carefully, you will notice that in the fourth point I write "we open a ticket for our developers".

    Also, could I ask you what problem did you find with Brizy? You said that you are frustrated to work with Brizy but didn't mention what aspect has a problem. Could you please give more details regarding this?

    Could you please give more details regarding the problem you encounter? Also, a screen record will help a lot.

    Also, could you check please if you have the latest versions of Brizy Free (1.0.124) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41)? Also, could you indicate what theme did you use?

    At this moment I can’t make a recorder but yes, the plugins are in the latest version and I'm using Astra theme.
