Menu not scrolling on Mobile

Hello,

 

I am having an issue with the mobile menu in brizy.

According to my need, I have many pages in the menu.

It is working fine on the computer but when you enter the site on mobile devices, obviously you cannot see all the menu hence user must scroll down to see the rest of the menu. However, I cannot scroll down nor can I drag down the menu even though there are more menus below.

This is the most basic function in any menu system, so I am guessing there must be something I have set wrong.

Could you please inform me of how I can solve this?

If the brizy mobile menu does not support scrolling down, then please could you update it as soon as possible.

  I'm sorry about the problem you found. We had opened an issue regarding this problem and send it to our developers to check it and find a solution for it.

  Thank you for your reply.

  Does that mean it would be solved very soon? Or  would it be one of the issue that will be solved when other prior issues get solved?

  I would very much appreciate it if you could inform me the priority of this issue or how long it would take for a solution.

  The reason for this is that the launching of the site would be in a month or two. I need to know if I can rely on Brizy or to use other theme menu instead.

  Yes, when we will receive a notification regarding this issue, we will post here the status of it and when it will be fixed. I'm sorry but at the moment I can't say when it will be solved.
