SMTP Encryption for Forms: TSL keeps reverting to SSL on forms

I have a couple websites setup where the encryption was TSL, but now when I check they keep reverting back to SSL. 

Being hosted on GoDaddy, there's a really fine line on what works, so now forms are failing to send. I installed WP Mail SMTP in the meantime.

Anyone else experiencing issues with this?

  I am having the same issue as well, also the authentication being off doesn't make the required fields go away.
