image gallery- crucial

Thanks for the great work. I want to, but can not yet make the switch over to Brizy cloud. I have a lifetime membership to support you guys and hope to make that jump ASAP.

A simple image gallery with lightbox functionality would allow me to.
Most my clients are fine artists. they need to be able to:

 

• upload an collection of art images / jpegs to represent one collection.  
• lightbox - all images should then be able to be clicked and viewed in a clean and simple lightbox system. 
• description information - each images in light box should be able to display the image description information. 
• the images should be able to be navigated with the arrow key on the key board and swipe on mobile. 

This seems so basic . Is this hard or just not tackled yet. 

I really do hope you can tackle this soon. If this is in the works do you have an ETA. I have many clients that have WP site that need updating so they would be prime clients to make the jump over to Brizy cloud. but I need to know an ETA roughly to know to have them hold on or just proceed with their WP update which means they will have no real need to jump to brizy since they paid for the upgrade already. 

I'm sure there is a crazy amount of work but you are taking on the big boy here so there is no way around that. I make this suggestion to help . Let me know if there is any other way to help. good luck!!

  Totally agree.

  We have a nice image gallery now, but it's a big problem that there is no way to add description information for each images.

  Like for paintings, what's the name of the art and the price of it.

  Hi,

  We have these things on the list, but unfortunately we do not have an ETA. There are a lot of things that are on a higher priority list. However, I will add your request once again so maybe we will consider a faster implementation :)

  Hi, 

  I was just researching on it for the same functionality that I also need on my site. This is a key component since I sell digital products and need to showcase the image of what the members are getting, giving the option to see the images with an arrow, lightbox version, or not, exactly as described by Donat. I can get around with displaying more images, but I do hope this feature can be added soon, which will make a massive difference. 

  Either way, I am super happy with the builder, and look forward to growing with this platform.

  Hi Sabrina,

  Thank you for your message. What we need from you is a little patience and understanding. There are a lot of things to do and every user needs something more urgent than anyone else.

  In the meantime, you can opt for a gallery plugin that works with shortcodes. This way you can add it to a Brizy page.
