    Hi Petr,

    from what I see, you are already in discussion with my colleague Natalia. We could not reproduce the problem yet. Please give us more details in the open ticket(7289).

    btw: please do not report the same problem on all our contact channels. It is not fair to other users who are waiting for an answer because with one problem you will keep busy two or more agents. Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi Alex,
    I managed to solve the problem today by re-installing the system and using the OPERA internet browser, the problem still persists in the SAFARI Internet browser. But it doesn't matter I'll use OPERA.

    Hi Peter,

    I'm glad to hear that. However, it is strange that he does not work in Safari. Try to clear your browser cache. It should also work well in Chrome.
