OK, no need to answer. I deleted the brizy pro plugin and then uploaded the latest one and everything is working as it was before. :)

    Hi,

I'm glad you found the solution.

Actually, that was what you had to do. To re-install the Brizy PRO plugin.

Hi there, I'm actually having the exact same problem, however after deleting and reinstalling the Pro plugin I still get the same error. See https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/72714?key=8c4db5d2331eea4bff3d9438d400aea2 please advice!

I asked my host and this is what we found out:

Site had Free 1.0.124 and Pro 0.0.41

    • Enabled Free - Working Fine
    • Enabled Pro - Got the Fatal Error
    • Deactivated both
    • Rolled back Free to 1.0.123
    • Enabled Free - Working Fine
    • Enabled Pro - Working Fine

So it appears there is a conflict between the Brizy versions presently on the site and we would recommend reaching out to the Brizy development team for a solution.

    Hi Robert,

did you delete the Brizy from the dashboard? Try to delete manually the Brizy folders via FTP and then re-install the plugins on your dashboard. A manual delete should fix the problem.
