  from google analytics. 

  What I need, is to Pass the the UTM SOURCE to the Form. 

  Now the purpose for this, maybe there is another way, is that I have different referrers for which I need to save it with the Lead form.

  Hi Sebastian,

  Unfortunately at the moment, the Brizy form can't automatically collect the data from the URL. But, we have something in this regard on our to-do list and our devs are looking for a solution.
