Missing .CSS Stylesheet

I purchased a theme and upon installation received a failure indicating that the .css stylesheet is missing. I now have a theme that I cannot use. 

 

Any suggestions? How do I get the missing file?

  Try to install it in "Plugins" not in "Themes".

  How exactly can I help you? Here's the Brizy community. Brizy is a Visual Page builder not a theme. Try to check the theme documentation. You probably do not install the correct file.
