    Hi Karen,

    there seems to be a misunderstanding about how Brizy Template works. I noticed that you already have 3 tickets open on our support desk with the same question and you are already in discussion with my colleague Natalia. Let's keep the discussion in one place. 

    Also, please do not report the same problem on all our contact channels. It's a myth that you'll get a faster response. It is also not fair to other users who are waiting for an answer because with one problem you will keep busy two or more agents. Thank you for your understanding.
