My Landing Page Won't Collect Emails

I just created a landing page for my short story and had it so I can collect emails, but for whatever reason when I tested it on my phone it says 'email was not sent'. What do I do?

  Hi,

  do you have this problem only on mobile? Does it work on the desktop?
