    Hi Larissa,

    there are no such limitations. I have tested this now, and it works fine for me.

    Try to do more tests. Add these scripts in the header or directly on the page and test. Does it behave the same? Try to change the conditions.

    Hello Alex,

    I finally made 2 of them working if the are triggered by “benign” things like scrolling or opening.

    The problem is that the one which is triggered by the intention of closing never works:

    <script>!function(p,n,o){if(!(o=n.getElementById("brz-external-popup")))return(o=n.createElement("script")).async=1,o.id="brz-external-popup",o.src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/brizy.cloud/popups/popup.js",o.onload=e,void n.body.appendChild(o);function e(n,e){p.brzExternalPopup?p.brzExternalPopup("https://grapefruit1204574.brizy.site"):(n=o.onload,o.onload=function(){n(),p.brzExternalPopup("https://grapefruit1204574.brizy.site")})}e()}(window,document);</script>

    Would you please let me know why?

    Appreciated!

    I added one on the page load and one on the page exit. Both work well: https://jmp.sh/slotlO8 -> https://jmp.sh/h2TQ156

    Did I do exactly as you do? Two scripts added to the footer. One on page load, on page exit.

    Exactly. The one on load works, the one on exit does not... https://www.nutriiq.ca/wordpress/dietary-sources-of-b-vitamins/

    as you can see, it works well for me: https://jumpshare.com/v/O7ziLIBWlUxiGSCGDB2i

    Have you tried testing this with another theme? For example with a default WordPress theme? Do you have the same behavior?
