can not get the key code to work says license not submitted
I got on my WordPress website today and noticed that both the free version of brizy needs upgraded and the pro. So I clicked and the free activated to the new version but the pro did not. After looking at some videos I found I needed a license to upgrade. I watched the video and did what it said.I went to home page and clicked license and i copied it went back and pasted it in. But it still says empty license key submitted. So I remember there were a few dots in front of code so I want back and clicked full code or something like that and I wondered why it did not tell me to do that in the video thinking that had to be the problem but I still got I think it may have said expired key code I should have written it down but it still did not take the code. I clicked something else and it took me to another page where all that was there was a bar on top left with the license key. I tried that even though it looked the same as the last one and it didn't work either. I have done everything I can think of.and it will not update so I can update the plugin. Oh I did find a list of thing to do I think it said delete or deactivate all plugins and a couple other things I am not thinking well after all of that but I did all the recommended steps with no luck after that either. I will be back online about 11:00 am est tomorrow.

May I know what version of Brizy PRO you have right now?
Try to update it manually:
- Go to Plugins, delete the Brizy PRO
- Log in to your Brizy account and download the latest Brizy PRO version (0.0.39).
- Upload it to the WordPress -> Plugins -> Upload.
- Try to activate it now.
*Make sure that you fully opened it. In this view you see only a part of the license key and to see it full, you have to open it. For this you have simple to click on the license - https://jumpshare.com/v/fxGkCeBVSusRnCuhuoD4 After this you can copy it.
btw: What plan do you have? Can you confirm that your subscription is still active?
