Can't activate WP Pro
I have a lifetime ultimate license.
When I enter the license I get a message that the license is already active on another account.
When I use the account/license dashboard to generate a new key I get a Fatal Error (below).

The new license was shown on the Brizy.io dashboard as installed the site in question, but I was getting the Fatal Error.
I fully removed both Brizy and Brizy Pro. I reinstalled and activated both. I used the same license key and it came back as OK.

Hi Jack,
It was probably because you had an older version of Brizy PRO.
So now everything is fine?

Hi Alex,
Yes it is working now. It was NOT because I was using an older version. The first thing I did during setup was download the most recent version, which was the first one I used -- and had the problem. I did then try the next older version and had the same issue.
I had a similar problem with an online website several days ago, with a different plugin. Ended up having the same fix - uninstall and reinstall.
Question: do I have to generate a new license key for each installation? It appears from the brizy.io dashboard that I don't -- there's one key used for two separate sites. However there is the option to generate a new license. Is there an advantage or use case for having separate keys if they are not required?
Thanks

Hi Jack,
you can use one key for two sites only. You cannot add more. This was created with the idea in mind that you will need one license for the live site and one for the staging site. Generally, you have to generate a new key for each WordPress installation.
