Brizy Update Caused Critical Error

There has been a critical error on your website.

This is the message I am getting. I tried updating the plugin, it said I needed to enter my license key. As soon as I did so this crash happened.

Please help.

  Hi,

  Do you have any error messages? Can you access the dashboard? If not, did you try to update the plugin manually?

  Hi Alex, I don't have the any dashboard errors beside the deactivation of the Brizy Pro. I had to drop down the PHP to 7.0 delete the Brizy Pro and upload it twice for this message to disappear " critical error on your website.

  That's strange because we don't have any reported issues with the latest PHP version. Also, the message from the dashboard "There has been a critical error on your website." is a very general error. It doesn't tell us it's Brizy or Wordpress or any other plugins issue. This should be inspected to see the exact cause.

  Please let us know next time you encounter this issue and we will inspect it on your website directly.
