Brizy WP builder not able to load

Hi there,

I have tried to edit a page with brizy builder and it keeps on loading forever.

1) I have tried to deactivate all plugins and it is still same. 

2) Re-installed both brizy and brizy pro also same

3) Delete and created a new page for testing also same

4) I did not change any setting nor change my site setting or add additional plugin. It was working and without doing anything it is not working now.

  I cleared all my browser cache and cookies then solved the issue. Please try at your end and update here so others may try out.

  I have the same problem. I would be interested in any updates or tutorials on how to trouble-shoot this issue. I built a site on the cloud builder that I now want to sync with WP but the WP plug-in is unfortunately non-functional. Hopefully this is resolved within my 30 day money-back-guarantee window.

  Hi,

  This is not a general problem so we cannot create a tutorial. Each case needs to be inspected. So you have installed Brizy Free 2.2.3. and Brizy PRO 2.2.0 and when you try to edit a page Brizy keeps loading forever? Please give us more details about the problem you have. A screenshot or image will help a lot. Thanks.
