  Hi Cristian,

  now all is well. The issue was fixed 4 hours ago. Please give more details to my colleague Natalia to understand what the conditions were for this problem to reappear.

  I also want to mention that several question marks do not influence anything. It will not be faster or slower. You reported the problem and we inspected it. When we have a fix then we come back. You need to have a little patience.

  Also, please do not report the same problem on all our contact channels. It's a myth that you'll get a faster response. It is also not fair to other users who are waiting for an answer because with one problem you will keep busy two or more agents.
