Brizy Cloud - Menu Issues
I've created some content for the homepage.
I want this content to be indexed on the root domain I.E https://www.blahblah.com/
However, the content also exists on the URL https://www.blahblah.com/home and it won't let me change the URL structure to get rid of the 'home' part.
Not to mention, I can't link to the homepage within the menu, it only allows for me to use the /home URL version.
Will Brizy allow this, or instead, allow for canonicalisation to happen on the /home URL -----> / root domain, so that duplicate content isn't an issue.

Hi Stephen,
now you can't do much in this regard. In one of the next Brizy Cloud update you will be able to delete /home from the homepage link.

Hi Alex,
When will the next update be?
Can I request that this be included in the next update?
Kind regards,
Stephen

Hi Stephen,
two days ago Brizy Cloud had a big update: https://youtu.be/NM9zOffoyHQ
I can't tell you when the next one will be. I'll send your request to our devs.

Hi Alex,
Same issue here. I would also like to delete the /home part from the homepage permalink.
Any news on when this will be possible?

Hi,
from what I know this was fixed and then you try to access /home link you are redirected to the main domain. Have you checked this on an incognito window? Can your page be accessed via the homepage URL / home?
