    Hi Karen,

Please make sure you activated the Brizy PRO key in your WordPress dashboard: https://jmp.sh/lu4tz0h

If it is not activated, please follow these instructions in order to activate the key - https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360019679472-How-to-install-Brizy-PRO-and-activate-your-PRO-license

In case it is activated, please deactivate and delete the PRO plugin. Login into your Brizy account, download the latest PRO version and re-upload the plugin to WordPress.

HELLO! I am also getting: "Update failed: No activation found for this installation" If I delete the pro plugin will I lose my entire website? What should I do so I can get the newest update? Thank you! Mitchell

    Hi,

May I know what your current version of the plugin is? You can delete the plugin and then reinstall the latest version. By deleting the plugin you do not lose all the changes because all the configurations are saved in the database. Thus, at the next installation of Brizy plugin all pages will be fine.
