Problem with contact form

Hello, 

I have just purchased Brizy page builder and i seem to have an issue with contact form. 

I just cant seem to figure out what is wrong since my emails won't get through even though i get a message saying the request has been sent successfully. 

Can someone please get back to me and help me with this it is of an urgent matter.

    Yes it was. I had to pass on my credentials for website as well as hosting. Please contact Brizy team.

    I'm having the same problem. I'm getting success messages, but no emails are coming through. What info do I need to provide?

    Hi,

    the issue of this post has been fixed in one of the latest updates. From what I know, from your other comments, you have the latest versions, right? 1.0.122 and 0.0.39?

    This means that may be a problem with your server configurations. Most likely the php mail function is not enabled on your server. You can check this by testing another contact form plugin. Try to send a message through Contact Form 7 plugin. If the message does not reach you by email then it is a problem on the server and you should contact your hosting provider. If this plugin works well then we will have to inspect the problem with the Brizy form.

    It’s unfortunate that your plugin did not learn how to send mail through SMTP
    Now on many hosting sites there is no way to send an email without SMTP, because it is not reliable.
    For a long time, everyone has been using plugins like Easy WP SMTP
    WPForm uses this functionality, and they have their own plugin with a similar implementation.

    I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Does this refer to the post subject? The Brizy Contact form has an option for SMTP: https://jumpshare.com/v/kIWLRTAZJXLkR6I7xZ8t What exactly is the problem? Any problems with its configuration?

    Hello everyone,

    Just wanted to report that I've fixed the problem and it wasn't Brizy. It was my server configuration, the host info was incorrect. Everything is working as intended now.

    I find options SMTP. Thx.

    I have enough experience to configure something new, but then I did not find them without your help, and there is no article on tuning.

    thanks for the update message.

    @Pomazan Bohdan - ok, thanks for the suggestion. The thing is that if you try to configure the Brizy contact form, you will inevitably see the SMTP option. Here's a video about the contact form: https://youtu.be/ceRRayuv2uw?t=421 At that time SMTP was not included but if you go into that configuration menu, you'll see this option.
