  The guy is now threatening me for reporting him. This guy is bad news. He says on the website that he is selling completely legal copies of the pro plugin. I got scammed.

   

  The website owner is Glen Sutton from Tennessee.

  Well, he was very shady from the start of the sale, while his website made it sound like I was purchasing the plugin. There was no indication that he was a web designer or anything like that, only that he was selling legit versions of the pro plugin. At no time was I provided a license key. When he installed the Brizy pro plugin, it corrupted my website. He claimed it was because it was a conflict with my existing plugins, which after diligently checking I emailed him to let him know that it was not a conflict. I rolled back my website which fixed it and sent a screenshot showing that I no longer had the pro key installed. He then ghosted me for two days and only responded when I reported him because at that point he took my money and gave me nothing in return except a non-working version of the pro plugin. Glad to be off the boat I suppose. Still out what he stole from me. Lesson learned.

  I appreciate you guys looking into it. I am still interested in giving Brizy Pro a try in the future. Do you guys offer an install option for it? I would love to upgrade, but want to make sure I get it installed without messing up the website as happened with this past experience. Thanks again. Best to you guys. Please stay safe during this whole Coronavirus thing.  :-)

  unfortunately, we do not offer installation services. But, it is very simple and we offer you tutorials on how to do this.

  Once purchased, you have a Brizy account and from there you can download the PRO plugin. Please refer to this video: https://youtu.be/BRygWIdBtYI
