Problem with contact form

Hello, 

I've just purchased Brizy Pro and after a quick test with contact form i just can't seem to find a way to receive the email. I've entered email and linked everything a few times with no luck. 

Can someone tell me what is going on and how do i go about fixing this issue? 

Just to note i have not made any custom contact forms or anything other than used the template version and still i could not get the email, even though it says email has been sent out successfully.

Thank you very much, i need to resolve this quickly i appreciate your help.

  I'm sorry for the late response.
  Could you please give us more details regarding this problem? Where did you find this problem? On Brizy Cloud or Brizy WP plugin? Could you send us the URL link of the site?
