Brizy Icons are not been displayed

In the WordPress builder while i design the page i could the icons but when I look at the live website none of the icons are there.

Can Brizy team or someone help me resolve this issue?

  Same here. Brizy is still very buggy. Support is worse.

  @Karthik Tantri, can you please confirm you have the latest Brizy versions - Brizy Free 1.0.114 and Brizy PRO 0.0.34?

  @Albert B G Tay, can you please give me more details about the Brizy worse support? Have you had a bad experience working with us? I don't see any tickets or posts on your behalf so I'd be grateful if you could argue the accusation. Thanks.

  Thank you for your response, Alex.

  I will provide more information and a better assessment after I finish adding icons and seeing how you help Karthik and myself. I have been trying to add icons for several days. 

  Both the Outline and Glyph panels show little blank squares. 

  1. I do have Brizy Free 1.0.114 and Brizy PRO 0.0.34. If not, wouldn't your plugins prompt us to update?

  2. My Chrome is also the latest version 80.0.3987.132.

  Thank you for the response Alex.. but it would be great f this can be solved asap.. i have planned few digital campaigns but have kept on hold as website is not looking good with icons... looking forward for quick support.

  I'm not using pro version... I use Brizy Version 1.0.114 & chrome is 80.0.3987.132.

  I'm able to see icons while i design but when on view on the website https://abstratics.com/ unable to see any of the icons... its showing blank space..

  Alex,

  My icons display issue got resolved... Godaddy team helped me.. there was some issue with CDN... so they have fixed it..

  I still can't even view any icons when developing my site. 

  Let's see how good Brizy's support truly is.

  Hi guys,

  as Karthik said, if you are hosted on GoDaddy you need to disable CDN. Here is a similar discussion.  https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360058308792-social-icons-not-showing-up?page=1#community_comment_360009615891

  @Albert B G Tay: the plugins are up to date and you are not hosted on GoDaddy but you still have the icon issue, right?

  Alex,

  Yes, still unable to view icons since informing you two days ago. 

  This issue has been reported on WP & GitHub since 2018. The solution must reside somewhere among your colleagues or knowledge base.

  One example:

  1 year, 7 months ago

  Hi,

  I don’t see any icons when I’m editing a page.

  Some info:

  * Browsers checked: Chrome, Firefox, Safari
  * Cleared all cache and cookies
  * Checked in private mode (to make sure no browser extensions could maybe cause this error)

  The issue reported in 2018 was fixed long ago. Now, there may be another cause for your problem.

  Now is the time for us all to find out what was the cause and why "Brizy support is worse".
