Hi, using contact form.
When I reply to the customer email I want his email to automatically be set in the reply field. is this possible?

Unfortunately, no. You can't do that right now. We already have it on our list of feature requests, so it will probably be added in the future.

Have to say Brizy is my favorite so far.
Yes, that is a must-have feature. it is a simple line of code that connects that email form with the form on the site. This is so clutch to add this. It should be easy to reply back to the person submitting a request to speak in the first place. The form loses a lot of value because this feature is not included..Simple javascript would fix this! Please just spend like 2 days working on this please and thank you!!
Reminds me of another feature on Brizy for the accordion, you cant change the HTML tag, so you have to manually add <h3 etc1 -

Forms in brizy are interesting but without this must have option, I unfortunately have to use plugins such as ninja form + shortcode + css designing. A big loss of time... The main advantage of brizy is working good and quick ;-) Dont't forget it !0 -

Really playing the long game here? 2 years ago: "it's on our list."
This is an absolutely ESSENTIAL feature of a form. Between this and the inability to even organize form entries by the form they came from, I don't understand why you even released forms. They look good, but they cannot process the data in any meaningful or efficient way.
It's frustrating to see superficial updates taking precedent over updates that solve problems.

Any update on this feature? its like the most basic and common part of a contact form, and really disappointing that after 2 years you guys haven't implemented it yet. I really like brizy, and this feature has been long promised, and I've deployed the builder to several client sites, but it is becoming a sore point with those clients that this update has never been fixed. I've explained to them that it is a bug, because, well... it is a big. its a big hole that you guys haven't closed this yet. like its the whole reason that a "reply to" field exists. I've done some php development and I don't think this would be hard to achieve even by modifying the brizy code, but I don't want to modify the brizy files and make my client sites incompatible with future updates as, lets face it, brizy updates a lot.
Any updates on a roadmap for this would be greatly appreciated.

Using the Brizy Cloud Form, when I receive an email from an inquiry, the email is coming from Brizy. Is there a way to change that to my business email?
And when I reply of course, the reply is coming from Brizy, not my business email.
Can you help me find the documentation on how to change that?

Hello Ramos,
The "From Name" can be changed, however the "From Email" is fixed at notifications@brizy.cloud and cannot be changed. Regretfully, Brizy Cloud also does not allow the "Reply To" email to be specified.
