    Hi,

I have opened a ticket for you so please send the login details there and we will look into it.

But, first, please make sure you have the latest Brizy versions: Brizy Free 1.0.114 and PRO 0.0.34

I've had this problem for 8 months now. Brizy is useless to me at the moment. Now an old client wants me to rebuild his site using Brizy. Please help.

    Hi Durand,

This normally happens when a software in your hosting server environment interferes with Brizy editing. Such software flags a legitimate request from Brizy as potentially dangerous and blocks it.  To fix the problem, please log into your hosting account and verify if any of this software is turned on in your server management system (like cPanel)

    1. Security system
    2. Malware protection
    3. Firewall
    4. DDOS

Please also check if you have installed a plugin in your WordPress Dashboard for the above 4 purposes. Deactivate each piece of such software one by one to see if the error disappears. Once you identify the interfering software, in consultation with your hosting company, relax the security restrictions to allow Brizy editing.

Please contact us again if you need assistance in identifying the interfering software. For us to be of assistance, we will require access to your WordPress Dashboard.
