SSL problem

Hi,

I have the same problem as Chantelle Benjamin in "How to SSL" post. The name of project is web48.cz. Please, help me. Thanks, Michal.

I just published my site and it doesn't have a certificate. Its saying that my site isn't safe. How can i get an SSL certificate on there?

I have a custom domain, i'm not using the HTML export option

  Hi Michal,

  we checked your domain and you need to remove this AAA record from your DNS settings. This is the cause of SSL delay:

  web48.cz.		251	IN	AAAA	2a02:2b88:1:4::16

  Hi, same problem on my page contest.canavesecasamia.it, it is almost 20 hours now that the site is published on the custom domain and the SSL is still not working. Usually a couple of hours are enough...

  Hi guys,

  before going to the checks please confirm you have added the cname record and A record and both are set to gree in your Cloud dashboard.

  how did you publish the site? Through Server Sync or Custom Domain? If Custom Domain, did you add A record and CNAME record?

  Hi I have the same SSL issue with domain johanna.top, published via custom domain and with A and CNAME records on green and verified. It looks your server dispatch a wrong letsencrypt certificate for another domain.

  I believe you. It takes up to 24 hours for the SSL to install and propagate until your users will see the secure connection when they access your project. So it was probably time for propagation.

  Hi,

  can't see the CNAME record for your domain. Do you have the green color in the "Custom Domain" section for both records? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.   Accroding to the example you sent, they used subdomain in CNAME records but we don’t use subdomain in our case. We use root domain as jokadigital.com We have defined CNAME record as below. Is it correct?

  You need both(CNAME and A records) to link a root domain to the Brizy Cloud project. I assume you attached an image to your previous answer but I did not receive it. Could you please send it again?
