Custom domain not syncing - Giving error site IP cannot be found

Thanks for reading my post.

I'm having issues with my custom domain (NameCheap) syncing with Brizy Cloud.

The error I receive (screenshot attached) that the IP cannot be found. 

However, the site can be reached here

I've done a redirect to Brizy cloud on Namecheap's dashboard a day ago. If requested, I can provide a screen capture of the Namecheap dashboard.

I welcome any ideas towards a solution.

  Hi,

  from what I see the A record is not found. You did not add it to the DNS configuration: https://jumpshare.com/v/mQbpI1oIXgSTXzOYGTE8 Please create an A record where you'll add our IP address.
