Unable to upload images

I am unable to upload images to our site. This has never been an issue before? Please see attached photo. Help!!

  I could not reproduce the problem on your website. Please explain how we can reproduce it in the ticket you opened (6030). Let's continue there.

  I have the same problem 

  I don't know why I can not upload my images in the BRIZY

  and also when I choose a template from the brizy , the pictures don't load!

  At last I want to say I have problem with uploading a picture in brizy

  Hi Parsa Adab,

  can you please give us more details? Do you have any error messages? Does it work when you upload an image directly to WordPress media or to a default WordPress post? A screenshot or video will help a lot.

  Hello again

  Yes , Whenever I use or upload an image directly in the wordpress it works

  but in Brizy 

  in the blank page or in the different templates of the brizy there is a problem with media 

  I don't know why!

  this is not the same issue. In your case, there is something related to your server. It seems that you don't have enough resources. Please see the error message: https://jmp.sh/LbUIe32 You can deactivate Brizy and will see that have the same problem.

  Hi,

  can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.1.5 and PRO 2.1.3? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?

  I'm facing the same problem that happened to Parsa Adab up in this conversation, 
  I can't upload images on image box on Birzy
  I have 2.4.19 version for Pro
  Version 2.4.21 for free
  
  important note, I'm facing this only on one site ( I have another one that function correctly in uploading images)

  Hi Danial,

  My apologies for the delayed response.

  If you are using Safari, please try using another browser.
  Otherwise, if you have enabled Jetpack, GoDaddy CDN or similar plugins, please try to temporarily disable it and see if it resolves the issue.

  If it does solve the issue.

  1. If your website is hosted with GoDaddy, disabling the GoDaddy CDN option in your GoDaddy hosting account resolves this issue. https://in.godaddy.com/help/enable-or-disable-my-cdn-40921
  2. If you are using Jetpack, in your WordPress Dashboard under Jetpack - Dashboard under the heading  'Performance and Growth' if you disable the 'Image Accelerator' option, the issue can be resolved. https://jmp.sh/SU32wfE9
  3. If you have installed Jetpack Boost, in your WordPress Dashboard under Jetpack - Boost - if you disable the 'Image CDN' option, this issue can be resolved. https://jmp.sh/FUSoE1ZP

  Hi Brizy Team,

  For https://www.mayervet.com/staff I'm experiencing a very similar issue. I've tried to upload compressed PNG and JPG and I keep receiving the error notification below.

   

  I built over 100 Brizy website and this is the first time I'm experiencing this.

  It seems that the issue you're encountering is related to the file size of the upload. To resolve this issue, I suggest reducing the file's size and upload it again.

  Please make a full backup of your site as a precaution.

  In the meantime, could you please try disabling all other plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro to see if the issue persists? If the issue does not occur with other plugins disabled, it is possible that there may be a conflict with one of the third-party plugins installed on your site. Additionally, you can try temporarily switching to another theme to determine if the issue is related to your current theme.

  It turns out that some users also reported this issue recently.  It seems to be happening specifically on older Brizy Cloud projects. We have identified the problem and the fix should be rolled out in the next update. I will keep you posted.

  I can see that you have 12 images in your Media Library, including PNG and JPG files. If you are still having trouble uploading images, please contact us with further information about the problem.
