MailChimp Integration

Good day. I tried to link my MailChimp with the pop-up form but it doesn't show the different lists option I have in the MailChimp account. It only shows my main list.  Please help. Thanks.

  Hi,

  I just checked this in one of my cloud projects and works as it should. Added a contact form in pop-up and I can see all the MailChimp lists: https://jmp.sh/GLizjBM How can I replicate the problem? A video or screenshot will help a lot.

  Hi Alex. It works fine now but I have another issue. I just realised that people using the same email can register through the popup form twice. The system does not reject email addresses that have submitted before. Can this be rectified? Regards.

  Hi Francis,

  We have a general contact form that has the option to integrate it with Mailchimp. It is not specifically a newsletter form, but it is, in fact, a contact form that can be used as a newsletter form. Users can add the email as many times as needed. I don't think we'll do something in this regard.

  In fact, you don't have to worry because Mailchimp will only add the email once.

  Can I know from you guys here,

  Can the Mailchimp connect with gmail account ?

  Is it free in MailChimp for this connection ?

  Are the setup is easy ?

  Hi Lawrence,

  from what I know Mailchimp only collects emails in their list. I don't think they have an option to integrate it into your gmail account where you receive emails through Mailchimp. But, you can do a google search for a more accurate answer.

  Hi,

  can you please give us more details? The problem is that the emails left on your site do not reach Mailchimp or the problem is that the message sent to the email list does not reach the destination?
