No HTTPS - Server Sync
Hello and good morning to the Brizy.cloud team,
we have published 2 web projects on our server via server sync. Here are the URLs: http://www.mitmenschlichkeit.com/ and http://www.ruthmarquardt.de/ - the call as an http page works, the call as https - that is, it does not work with SSL. We get the error message here: {"message": "Invalid base url"}
What can we do?
Best regards
Kai Becker - webmaster of Ruth Marquardt

Hi Kai,
Have you checked this post: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360056759991-I-am-getting-Invalid-base-url- ?
I assume you added the SSL certificate after Server Sync.

Alex, et al-
I've been having issues with Server Sync for months now. I've engaged the developers at my hosting company (DreamHost) and tried to engage your team and it seems like nobody can resolve the issue. I've attempted to resolve the issue without contacting you again, and as I look through the Brizy community forum for an answers, I've noticed A LOT of unresolved issues and claims to open tickets.
What support are you willing to provide to help users resolve their issues with Server Sync? I really want this to work because it is so convenient. I've have a Brizy Pro license for the WP plugin, but I prefer using Brizy cloud with Server Sync.
Thanks

Hi Steven,
Server Sync depends a lot on your server configuration because it is a self-hosted publish method and we don't have much to help you with here. When there is something where we can influence, we create a ticket and people are helped.
From what I remember, you have a very specific problem. You also mentioned that you have other Brizy sites published with the same method and works well. We can't abandon the development process and instantly inspect the problem you have with Server Sync on Dreamhost. Your ticket is open, so if one of our developers will be free in the near future, we'll probably get back to you. At the moment, we don't have much to help you with.
