Email capture form submission error

I'm having issues with this email capture form. Whenever a user enters their details and presses submit, they see this error message. 

We still receive the email confirming their submission but they are served an error message on the front end. 

Please could you advise how I can resolve this?

  Hi Jack,

  please make sure you have the latest Brizy versions: Free 1.0.114 and PRO 0.0.34. If they are up to date, please provided your login details(in a private request) and I will look into it.
