Images from pre-made templates and blocks not showing

Images from pre-made templates and blocks not showing, but it is uploaded into the media library. If I reselect it won't work. I can only select other images.

 

 

 

Why is this?

  Hi Nizzan,

  Please make sure the GD image library or IMAGICK is enabled on your server. You can check this with your hosting provider.

  I'm sure this is a server related issue. I have another site on different servers with no problem. I just need to know what to do with this error on this type of server. I just can't move this site, at least not until my yearly subscription ends.

  Btw, all cropped work ok. The only problem is not in the folder "iW=140...." that sizes folders/directories were not created. That is why the image not available for the ready page or in the editor.

  And the md5 hash or signatures name not created... still with its original name like 'image1-140x....'  but it cropped, never the less...

  It is not about Brizy cannot create the folder. It can. All the screenshots are in a folder/directory created by Brizy. The question is, why IW folders were not created on this server?

  This problem only for importing Brizy templates and blocks. If you create from your media library, no problem. It only specifically happened when doing the import.
