  Hi Mitra,

  It doesn't seem to be related to Brizy. Do you have any plugin that extends the WordPress Media Uploader? Did you add some custom fields? Have you tried uploading an image directly to your WordPress editor? I suppose you will have the same problem.

  I use WPBakery too, maybe this is a point of the problem!

  WPBakery is also a builder and I don't think it interferes with the WordPress media uploader. Do you have this problem only in Brizy? Have you tried uploading an image directly to your WordPress editor or even in WPbakery?

  WPBakery works well to upload any media!
