Issues with Norton Security

This is the second time that I have had this problem, previously on 1/31/20 with a different one of my brizy sites. 

Norton is flagging ANY brizy.site address, including the brizy.site and subdomains as "Dangerous Webpage Blocked" and: This is a known dangerous web page. It is highly recommended that you do NOT visit this page. 

The current site that causes this issue is https://papaya658691.brizy.site/, which may indeed be phishing.

However, Norton fails to understand that your home page and other sub-domains are independent of the bad site and they are flagging everything.  I have spoken with them regarding this.  On 1/31, they offered to white list my site.  I explained that while that was nice, they needed to fix their algorithm so that they only blacklist the bad actor sub-domain.  They agreed.  However, it has happened again.  

I have spoken with them again.  They have escalated it.  I am not sure they really understand the issue. 

I have spoken with them again. They offered to let me submit my site for evaluation (2 weeks?). I tried to explain the broader issue again. They said if it happens again, call back. I did not accept that and pointed out that it has already happened again. They have escalated it. I am not sure they really understand the issue.
