Button Functionality - crucial

Hi there, 

I would need two functionalities to secure some needed objectives for pages: 

1. Disable button after click
2. Change text of button after click 

to 1. if you have an ajax or other redirect with an add to cart process behind a button (woocommerce is offering that and others too) and someone is getting bored or impatient waiting on the page to load... which can take a couple of seconds some times... depending on speed, connection, server response etc... 
TO avoid frustrations with 2 or more added items of the same thing, or loading to fail totally... the button should be disabled after the first click. 

to 2. That people know there click worked and it being processed... a changed button text additionally to the disable functionality would be great... something that one can write in by themselves or simply; "loading...please wait!"
