In contact form v2 if you choose to make your own template, the generated email disregards line breaks. All the email will be on a single line.

Also you can't use the information you get from the submitter in the second screen. It would be really useful to be able to put {{Email}} into the Reply-to header.

  adding <br> makes a line break :) 

  I have not figured out how to get the from address to be the customer's email though :/

  @brizy, please make this work. It's almost usable.
