Adding Shortcodes not working

I want to add a shortcode into the text element but they are not working.

 

I have stripe plugin i want to add the shortcode into a page but its working when I use brizy text.

Am I adding them wrong?

  try with (Add HTML) instead of short-code

  Use the Embed element not the text.
