How to connect Stripe to Brizy ?
Hello,
I would like to connect Stripe to receive payments from the sales page.
How should I proceed ?
Thank you !

Hey, sorry for the late reply.
Stripe has an embeddable payment cart that you can copy paste in our Embed element in Brizy.
Most payment processors have embeddable payment carts via JS/HTML. You only need to copy paste that code in an Embed element in Brizy and that is it.
We are using the same for Brizy.io but with Paddle not Stripe :)
Hope this helps.

Hello Brizy team,
Could you please provide a walkthrough? I do have a stripe account but it is connected to my WP site using woocommerce. How can I connect the same account for my site made on Brizy cloud?
Thanks.

Hi,
as my colleague Dimi said, the only solution right now to add a payment option to a Brizy cloud project is to use embedded code. Unfortunately, I can't give you more details because we don't use Stripe but you should see if it offers the possibility to use embed buttons or checkout forms. I know about Paypal that it offers this possibility: https://www.paypal.com/buttons/

If I want to create a Brizy Cloud site to sell an item, using Stripe/Paypal/Paddle, is there any way for me to use a webhook or something similar? Or does the payment processor just email me a copy of the transaction? For example, how do you handle it when you make a sale (via Paddle) on brizy.io?

It depends on the platform you have chosen. Payment is made on the platform's website, not on the Brizy cloud. The Brizy Cloud has nothing integrated in this regard. When use an embed button or embed form, it will redirect you to the payment processor. All your payments are recorded in the account you have with the payment processor.

Stripe requires calling the stripe.js library, besides just pasting the embeddable HTML code. How do we do that?

I'm not sure you can integrate Stripe with an external site. If they don't offer solutions for loading the stripe library from an external source then I'm afraid you can't do that.
