How to get a pic over text and pic over text in mobile view

Hi,

I have two blocks on top of each other. The first block has some text and then a pic. The block under it has a pic first and then some text. Everything seems OK on PC and tablet but the mobile view is not what I expected.

I want pic > text and then pic > text

but it gives pic > text > text pic in mobile view.

 

Any help will be highly appreciated.
