Contact Form not sending to any email address

Hi there,

I have added a contact form and used the (free) WP option to set it up. I am not using gmail accounts. I have double checked the addresses they are all correct. The form states that the message is send and I recieve it in the Leads tab but not in my inbox/junk folder. I am using version 2.2.17

  Hi,

  Thank you for your message.

  Could you please check if you didn't receive the emails in the Spam Folder from Inbox? Also, could you please send us the URL of the page where you encounter this problem?

  Please don’t post the link on the public platform.

   

  I have checked my junk/spam folder (still nothing, only in the leads tab). 

  Looking forward to fixing this issue as I am about to upgrade to the pro version.

  Hello!

  Thank you for your message.

  I see the form is not returning any errors after submitting process. Let me switch this post to our private channel, I will need the wp credentials to inspect this form with my email.

  I have Brizy loaded on a different website but an older version and that works perfectly. It send to leads as well as any email i add to the form.

  Please advise on the next steps
