CNAME/A record assistance please.

I'm having trouble updating my CNAME/A record as required for a custom domain on Brizy.cloud

 

I'm using DNS Zone Editor in cPanel to try to make the requested Brizy changes.

*** I can't enter just "www" for CNAME, as the field autocompletes to "www.shipwreckcoastosteopathy.com.au" on submit, and I can't set the A record to "@", as this character is illegal syntax.

 

I contacted my host, with the above screenshots, and they have stated that I've set it up correctly (!?)

 

On the forums here I read that I should make sure there is only one A record (done) and no AAAA records to the old server either.  I deleted two AAAA records

 

None of this has seemed to help, and I don't really know what to try next.

  From your screenshots - your custom domain added in the Brizy tab is shipwreckcoastosteopathy.com.au; 

  In your DNS provider tab - the custom domain name is shipwreckcoastosteo.com.ua;

  What is your final custom domain name that you want to link to your Brizy project?
