After installing an additional template, the Brizy Pro License is not active

    Could you please try to re-add and re-activate the license key? Do you have the same problem? Do you receive an error?

    Could you please give us some details about the last step? How did you install an additional template? Could you please send us a screenshot of this?

    On Brizy Community we prefer to discuss in English because all messages are public. We want that that our replies be easy to understand by the majority of Brizy users.

    Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials for this site?
    I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    I deleted the link with the video you send us because it contains the license key to your site, therefore, I deleted it to protect you.
