Video does not start on Brizy Cloud

I don't know what it could be. I moved my landing page made in Brizy Cloud to Wordpress with the Brizy plugin and there my video works normally.

  Hello Rafael.

  Thank you for your patience while we inspected this bug in the Cloud project. 

  We found that the problem is in the Lightbox option for the image element. I've disabled this option and the video is displayed correctly in the preview mode. Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce this issue in our cloud projects, and therefore, I will kindly ask you to give us more time to find a solution for your project.
