Gmail Integration Not Working

Hi, the GMAIL integration is not working. I tried everything on https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360044216151-Email-notification-via-Gmail

When I test it out, it continues to say "Your Email Was Not Sent"

  Hi,

  Connecting the form with the Gmail integration, are very important these steps, could you please check if you follow them?

  • You must have 2-step verification and a less secure app ON
  • Then it is important to make sure it is connected to your host through SMTP
  • Once that is all done, you must have an APP password and use this in place of your password for your GMAIL credentials on your contact form

  Hi! I'm having the same issue. It looks like Google updated their UI, so I can't find the "less secure access" option under security anymore.

  Yes, I followed all of the steps in the article, but my Google account doesn't show the "less secure access" option. Unfortunately, I can't attach my screen recording to show you.

  Thank you for your message.

  Could you please try enabling 2-Step Verification and creating an application-specific password?

  Also, I can recommend this article from the Google documentation, about the Less Secure Apps.

  I am having the same problem, but also not getting an error message. Instead upon clicking the button, the page gets redirected to a blank page on the site marked with a 0.

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.3.13 and Brizy Pro 2.3.11 version? Please send us the URL of the page where you have the form?
