HTTPS doesn't work in my website

I have read your guide to entering a custom domain in HTTPS.
I was able to create the custom link to my domain with HTTP but I was unable to put it in HTTPS.
What should I do to fix the problem? I would like to resolve it urgently.

  Hi

  Apart from pointing to Brizy Cloud web server, your domain also points to a server with the IP address 2a02:2b88:1:4::16. Kindly sign into your domain control panel and delete the AAAA Record with the IP 2a02:2b88:1:4::16 and get back to us. We will install the SSL certificate
