Update function is not publishing the website

I am busy updating my website, I loaded an Astra free template with Brizy, the Astra header and footer upload to the website but when I go and change the page content and say upload, it doesn't activate on the live website. I have deactivated all other plugins and I have cleared the cache but it is still not working. When I look at Brizy templates, I have no templates there.

Please can you help, it is very frustrating. I have been trying to fix this for the last 2 hours.

  Hi Erich,

  can you please confirm that we are talking about the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.17. and PRO 2.2.11? Once confirmed I will create a private ticket for you and we will look into it. Thanks.

  btw: do you have any errors in the browser console?

  Hello, sorry I was out of the office this morning.

   

  Those are the versions I am on. Sorry I am not sure about the browser console. I will try check it now, I would really like to try solve this asap pleae
