Urgent: My project has disappeared from dashboard

Hi Sandra, 

Thanks for getting back to me. I also have gone to my dashboard and my site has disappeared!! Could you kindly help me out with this please?


I have reached out to support yesterday on this as my project was not found yesterday. 

 

 

I have tried accessing the website today and it was the same outcome. Tried on my friend's phone and laptop as well. They are unable to access the website. 

Could you please advise on how to best solve this problem? We are at GMT +8 time zone.

  Hi,

  Could you please try to delete the browser cache or try to open the site in incognito browser mode? I re-opened the site right now and all are displayed fine. See here.
