unable to install plugin

Hello, I have installed brizy 2.2.11 pro in a new wordpress site, but the plugin does not appear on the left menu anywhere. The plugin is installed, but not working. I tried to delete the plugin to install it again, but there is no way to delete it. Thanks in advance, Igna

  Thank you for your message.

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.17 version? Brizy PRO is an extension for Brizy Free so having Free installed is mandatory.
