Help! Recovering my template/website

I was trying to publish my template, but my custom theme seemed to be interfering. In an effort to troubleshoot, I switched to a different theme, renamed the Brizy template... Long story short, now I seem to have no template, no homepage, and no ability to access the Brizy editor. HELP!

  Hi Laura,

  I would love to help but I'm afraid I can't.  I don't know what you did, and it looks like a lot of the action wasn't about Brizy. The most reliable way would be to talk to your hosting provider and ask them to restore an older backup of the site or try to check the page revisions.

  btw: I haven't seen any Brizy items on your site so I guess either the plugins are disabled or you've made some code changes and they don't work well now. A re-installation of the latest versions could give a result (Brizy Free 2.2.17. and Brizy PRO 2.2.11).

  Hi Alex, thanks for trying to help. This was my first Brizy design, so nothing had launched. Things seemed to go off the rails when I started to publish my first template and replace my prior homepage (changing the template of the original homepage, assigning my Brizy one to appear on the homepage). At some point I was told my WP login had expired, and when I logged back in, everything was gone. Including the ability to open the Brizy builder at all. As part of figuring things out, I updated plugins. I didn't touch any code and had a wonderful Brizy draft working just fine this morning before I submitted the ticket. I have no doubt I did something, I just don't know what it was... 
  
  Is there any way to restore or download the content from my Brizy template? Even if I have to go dig it out of a database... just don't want to lose the text of what I added to Brizy if possible. Appreciate you and the service!

  Ok, got an older version of the site back (it was an HTTPS issue). Fingers crossed I don’t do something stupid for the next attempt at publishing ;)

  Hi Laura,

  I'm glad to hear that. I recommend that you always have a recent backup and so you can do more daring tests )).

  However, if I visit your link now I still can't see your homepage. Are there any other problems?

  Nothing Brizy related, I'm pretty sure. You can go ahead and close this, my site has long been overdue for a good spring cleaning. Not worried about fixing my old code, will get the Brizy site up and running and clean house. Thank you again for maintaining such a cool product and active support forum :)
