Could not Create Global Block

I am using Brizy 2.2.17 with Brizy Pro 2.2.11 and I am unable to create global blocks for three of the blocks on the website I am working on.

When I try to click the global block option, I just get an error saying "Could not Create Global Block". 

Other blocks have saved as global with no issue. 

Please advise.

  Hi Matthew,

  Thank you for your message.

  Could you please check if you have the same problem if you temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme? Could you please give us more details about how you made the block? Also, can you try to duplicate the block then to make it global?

  Hi Nelea,

  I cannot change the theme but it's Astra and I have not had any issues with this on other sites. 

  I disabled all the plugins but the issue remains.
